Ecoplexus has completed the Company’s 20^th solar PV system for Eden Housing, one of the leading developers of multi-family affordable housing in California. Ecoplexus provided comprehensive solar development services to Eden including design, engineering, installation and finance, and is supplying solar generated electricity to Eden properties under twenty five (25) year Power Purchase Agreements (PPA’s). The total Eden solar portfolio is over 2MW’s of power and generates over 3 milllion kwhs of electricity per year.

Ecoplexus is the leader in solar for Multi Tenant properties in California having completed more sites and MWs then any other company. It also has the most systems operating under the Virtual Net Metering program where energy from a system is virtually allocated or shared across a set of meters.

Santa Clara County and Ecoplexus today announced a partnership under which Ecoplexus will design, engineer, install, and finance two solar PV systems for Santa Clara County’s administrative headquarters at 2130 and 2410 North First Street, Santa Clara, CA.

The parties have entered into a twenty (20) year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) under which Ecoplexus will supply over 30,000,000 kwhs of solar generated electricity to the property over the term. Over the course of the agreement, Santa Clara County expects to save over $900,000. The projects will be completed in Q4 2011.

EcoPlexus today announced signing a PPA with the Sutter County Housing Authority. The ground-mounted solar PV system will be constructed on land adjacent to one of the Housing Authority’s communities.

The system will offset the electricity consumption of thirty six buildings at the community. Ecoplexus will provide solar generated energy to the units under a 25 year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
