San Francisco, CA ,  November 3, 2014 – Ecoplexus, Inc. today announced that it has closed financing and commenced construction in September on three (3) solar PV projects totaling 21 MW.  The projects have signed long-term PPA contracts with Duke Energy Progress and will achieve commercial operations in 2014.
